local access numbers. Using a toll free number may incur higher rates. Please call the customer service number of the card to get
the latest rate for toll free and access numbers.
* Minutes are aproximation and calculated by ((face value * 100¢)/rate per
minute. Fees may affect the actual number of minutes.
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the card.

1. Dial Toll Free Access Number, wait for a prompt
As soon you hear a prompt, you can select other prompt-language:
press *0 for English, *1 for Spanish, *2 - Bulgarian, *3 - Polish , *4 - Tagalog,
*5 - Portuguese, *6 - Russian, *7 - Romanian, *8 - Mandarin, *9 - Arabic.
2. Enter PIN, wait for a prompt
3. Dial your Destination Number
International call:
011 + Country code + City code + Phone number
Domestic call:
1 + Area code + Phone number
If no connection is established in 30 seconds, press star, star, pound, zero (**#0).
The number will automatically redial.
To dial a different number after a call is complete:
stay on the line, press star, star (**) and then dial a new number.
Speed Dial set up Instructions:
1. Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
2. Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
3. Dial: "#" "2" "#" [a speed dial number: 1-9] "#" [destination number] "#"
The system will confirm the number.
Example: [#] [2] [#] [5] [#] [011-888-88-88-88-88] [#]
Use Speed Dial:
1. Dial the access number, wait for prompt.
2. Enter PIN number, wait for prompt.
3. Dial: [speed dial key (1-9)] "#"
