How to Place a Call From Within the US and Canada
- Dial Access Number, wait for a prompt:
USA: 1-800-506-9511
USA-Alaska: 1-800-569-6972
Canada:1-800-506-9511 (alternatively dial 1-800-225-5288 and 800-506-9511 right away without '1')
- Enter PIN, wait for prompt
- Dial your Destination Number
International call:
011 + Country code + City code + Phone number
Call to/within the US and Canada:
1 + Area code + Phone number
How to Place a Call From Outside the U.S.
If no connection is established in 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
To place another call, press * three times (***) and dial the destination number.
For other options, press pound (#): to hear your balance (in US domestic minutes), press 3; for U.S. Directory Assistance, press 4; for Speed Dial, press 5.
