I did not receive my calling card PIN number. What should I do?

We send phone card PIN numbers to your email immediatly after your purchase. Sometimes our PIN number emails might go into your "Junk" or "Bulk" or "Spam" mail folders of your email provider if you turned on spam filter. Please check those folders for our PIN number emails.

Also you can retrieve your pin numbers under "My Account " -> Purchase Reports or View Past Purchases.

Click on the receipt or invoice number to retrieve the PIN numbers.
